Leaky Turns, Stories from Amsterdam's Waterlands brings together artistic research and collective practice around questions of water, climate, and community and marks the end of Loom's residency at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. The programme includes a bike route through the city, visiting several sites connected to water infrastructures, and an afternoon gathering at Buurtwerkplaats Noorderhof with presentations by Müge Yilmaz, Loom, responses, and conversations accompanied by snacks and drinks by Lila Bullen-Smith.
This event, coordinated by our community member Laura Dubourjal, is organised by the Lectorate Art & Spatial Praxis (LASP) in collaboration with Loom takes place on Tuesday 30 September 2025.
